- Postage and packing will be added to each order – £2.99 for the first book and 50p for each subsequent book (when all books are ordered at the same time). Delivery will take a maximum of 10 days from date of receipt of order.

Win a Weekend Break at the Boskerris Hotel, Cornwall Competition. Terms and Conditions:
- Open to all residents of mainland United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees of the promoter, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.
- To enter, simply fill out the questionnaire online at www.gordons-travel.co.uk/competition.aspx and press submit by 1 December 2009. Only one entry per person.
- The winner will be drawn at random on 14 December 2009 and notified by phone, post or email by 22 December 2009. If the Promoter is unable to contact the entrant drawn, after making reasonable efforts to do so, that entrant will forfeit their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant drawn at random.
- The winner will receive a two night stay at the Boskerris Hotel, Cornwall. This includes bed and breakfast and also vouchers to the sum of £150 to be spent by both the winner and guest at the Porthminster Beach Café, Cornwall. The prize also includes return travel for 2 people up to the sum of £500 from anywhere in the UK; the mode of transport will therefore be up to the discretion of the Promoter. Travel insurance, transfers to and from the boarding and alighting point of the chosen mode of transport and also the restaurant, the hotel mini-bar and other incidentals, drinks and meals (other than breakfast) purchased at the hotel and food and beverages bought at the restaurant in excess of the allowance provided by the Promoter are excluded and must be paid for by the winner. The accompanying partner chosen by the winner to participate in the prize must be 18 or over.
- The winner must arrange to take their prize on a date before 1 April 2010. Reservations at the restaurant and hotel are subject to availability so the winner's preferred date cannot be guaranteed. The restaurant booking may be made for lunch or dinner at the winner's discretion, subject to availability. The Promoter shall use reasonable endeavours to book the hotel and restaurant on, or as close as possible to, the winner's preferred date and time. Last-minute bookings for the restaurant and hotel will not be possible.
- The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The winner’s names can be found by sending an SAE to "Gordon's Travel Prize Draw", Diageo GB, Lakeside Drive, London, NW10 7HQ after 10 January 2010. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter's decision is final.
- The winner may be required to take part in publicity.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by or to the winner and/or any of his/her friends that occurs as a result of the winner’s and/or his/her friends’ participation in the prize. The winner shall be responsible for any damage to the hotel or other venues (including their contents) visited by the winner and his/her friends throughout the trip caused as a result of a deliberate or negligent act or omission of the winner or one or more of his/her companions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, temporarily suspend or withdraw this promotion in its absolute discretion provided that the Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
- The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.
- This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
- Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
